What it happen in Event log Show Alarm Type # Panic (9) But not show Zone Activation?
In this system there are two sets of panic and Panic button in KT03.

Please upgrade your UCM and Comfort to the latest firmware via the instructions at http://www.comfortforums.com/forum92/3400.html
Upgrade Comfigurator first to 3.9.2, then the UCM firmware and lastly the Comfort firmware
