Is there anyone using our UCM/Zwave which has the ACT Homepro Remote Controller ZTH200 as primary controller?
When this remote is used as primary controller with UCM/Zwave3 for adding Virtual Nodes and subsequently updating the network and there are many Z-Wave nodes nodes in the network, there is a good chance that the update process may fail and in doing so reset to Default the UCM/Zwave configuration.
Subsequent Learning will cause duplicate nodes to be added to UCM/Zwave
This problem is actually due to an issue with the Zwave Library\'s handing of Bridge Controllers (by Z-Wave).
We may stop providing support for this remote controller

I used too but gave up and bought another brand instead.
