I need to send a phone call ( with specific words ) when a input on RIO became active
I have rainwater reservoir with two pumps and 4 level buoys, one for stop, one for start first pump, one for second pump ( and high level alarm ) and the last for critical level.
Any time i reach high level alarm i need to send a phone call and when i reach critical level i also need to send a phone call .
Thus anyboby know how to do this.

The RIO inputs cannot be used for alarm
The Comfort and SLave inputs can be used to trigger alarms
Only alarms can cause a dial out. When the alarm dials to a Voice Phone, it will announce the alarm Type and the zone
Input -> Zone Type -> Alarm Type -> Dial out to 8 phones -> announce alarm Type and Zone Name
Hence you shuld colnnect these inputs to input of Comfort, LEM or SEM

CAn\'t use virtual input to do this? because i donôt have cables to reach my confort

Virtual Inputs can be assigned by some external UCMs like Cbus, KNX, Zwave etc
RIOs are designed for non-alarm applications
You can add a Slave SEM02 at the same location and use the Slave Inputs instead of RIO
