My system (Mindepro) sometime auto arming and i get message \"0000-19 System Armed-245 User SMS\" but i\'m sure no one active it!
Please suggest...

The message use sms means it was armed by SMS
read the event log, it will also give the information of who armed it

I checked even log and found information user armed. But user don\'t do it, on user\'s mobile receiver a message \" (11200d/p)-OK! \" before notification system was auto armed!
Please suggest..!

This means that the system was armed by SMS
