- dwmartindale - 05-31-2015 Hi Comfort v7.075, Comfigurator v3.10.4.0 I have 3 lamps in the same room, controlled by Zwave dimmer modules. I am tying to have them act as a single group. Control via Comfort responses is working as expected, however the modules also have a local switch. I want the 2 remaining lights to come on when the local switch is pressed on any of the modules. I have tried attaching responses to the counters that the Zwave modules are reporting to, however in my attempts so far the response does not fire when I press the button on the Zwave module, but works when triggered via Comfigurator. Is that due to this feature or some other problem? : Quote:Changes from 7.068 Could you provide some guidance as to how I may go about achieving my aim please? Thanks - slychiu - 06-01-2015 In order for a zwave device to send commands to Comfort you need to create a Virtual Node, and associate a controller or Routing slave to the virtual node You can map comfort coounters to the virtual node For your case the Dimmer modules may be routing slaves Please see the UCM/Zwave3 manual at https://www.cytech.biz/ucmzwave_manual.html - dwmartindale - 06-02-2015 Thanks. I did RTFM before I posted, but my combination of hardware and software (Z-Stick and Homeseer) doesn\'t seem able to enter this type of association mode. If there\'s no other way to work around this I\'ll have to buy some new hardware. Thanks anyway. |
