I\'m having this issue whereby the client\'s home which is currently vacant has this issue of Alarm Being Triggered Intermittently.
I have 2 questions here :
1) How do I check the event log on the keypad from Engineer Menu ?2) How do I set/reduce the Zone Sensitivity from Engineer Menu ?
I don\'t have the UCM with me at the moment. Please advise.
Thank you.

1) How do I check the event log on the keypad from Engineer Menu ?
Press F+5 on the keypad. No need to go to engineer Menu, although you can refer to Engineer Menu programming manual

2) How do I set/reduce the Zone Sensitivity from Engineer Menu ?
You cannot change zone sensitivity from engineer menu easilyChoose a different zone type instead
If you are programming using keypad download worksheet according to Optimum or Ultra models from https://www.cytech.biz/worksheets.html

You also need the Engineer Menu Programming manual from https://www.cytech.biz/engineer_menu_programming_manual.html

It is recommended to get a UCM and use Comfigurator for programming, it would be much easier

Going through the event log, the latest triggered zone should be announced the first right ?

The event log starts from the earliest event
The date and time is announced  before each event You can navigate by pressing 1 for next, 2 for previous, 3 for next day, 4 for Previous day, 0 for 1st event, 9 for last event

if you use UCM and comfigurator to read event log then you can save it as a file
