I wish to exclude a Virtual Node. The manual says [put the Primary Controller in Exclusion mode]
Select the Virtual Node in Zwave Configurator and press the Virtual Node
Info - SEND button seen in the right pane for the selected Virtual Node (Do
NOT press the Send Node Info button in the top menu).
When I select the Virtual Node there is no Info SEND button in the \"Z-Wave Mapping Properties\" panel on the right. I am using Comfigurator 3.10.11.0

This appears to be a bug in Comfigurator 3.10.9 onwards
can you downgrade to 3.10.6 or 3.10.7 until the next version is released?
