- timop001 - 02-25-2017 Upgrading to Comfort II with a board I bought back in 2010 (don\'t ask why it has taken so long!) Using Comfiguratior 3.11.10.0.Upgraded the ULT34 firmware to latest 7.xx Translated the previous .ccl fileover to .cclx ULT34.Notice some words used previously have change so amended them but system basically works other than Comfigurator throwing System.Exceptions errors reading vocust.cfg (see attached screen shots). No entry found for Standard residential. I have tried to change this to English residential in Comfigurator but doesn\'t seem to have an effect. Also the system report seems to show all them vocabulary parameter as 0... Do I update Comfort II vocab? Sentence only?If so which files do I use?? - timop001 - 02-25-2017 Sys info show vocab entries all \"0\" - slychiu - 02-25-2017 Is the keypad voice working when you sign in? zero entries for vocabulary ,ay mean that vocab was lost - timop001 - 02-25-2017 Keypads and phone vocab all working fine. Some words changed from previous set up so selected alternatives which work. Just this confit error. Wondered if it was that the board vocab is out of date. - slychiu - 02-25-2017 There may be an error in your config pls send your cclx file to support@cytech. biz for investsigation - slychiu - 02-26-2017 the file seems file and the System Information also shows the correct values below English residential is the correct vocabulary assigned If you do Transfer > System Information again it should show the same parameters - timop001 - 02-26-2017 Thanks Chiu The problem was that even after a reset Comfort was reporting 0 for vocab fields. However I think I have SOLVED this. I was using my old UCM01 to do the programming whilst my UCM05 was away having a firmware update. I understood from the Comfort II compatibility list that *all* UCMs were compatible. It appears that the UCM01 v5.43 IS NOT and cannot read Comfort II vocabulary settings through the Comfig 3.11.10. I am using. Changed back to the UCM05 v7.xx and the vocal is reported correctly. Is there anyway to easily upgrade the UCM01 firmware ? - slychiu - 02-27-2017 I am glad you figured that out UCM01 is not compatible with Comfort 2 according to the Compatility list at http://www.comfortforums.com/forum16/1470.html, relevant points below
