- jelockwood - 07-11-2019 Any plans to do a Mac version of Comfigurator? The Mac is no longer an esoteric platform and Comfigurator has been around long enough to be stable so this seems like a logical step. If it made life simpler a version which could only communicate via Ethernet and not USB would be acceptable. - slychiu - 07-12-2019 Sorry but it is just too costly to support 2 versions, on Mac and Windows, with frequent updates etc - jelockwood - 07-12-2019 If it was written in Java this would not be necessary, but if as I suspect it is actually written using .Net then you could look at using Mono to make it portable to both Mac and Linux. See the following https://www.monodevelop.com/ https://www.mono-project.com/docs/about-mono/supported-platforms/macos/ - TheMax74 - 07-14-2019 I use Parallels. A bit cumbersome but it works. RE: Comfigurator for Mac? - srooks - 10-31-2025 Would really like a Comfigurator solution for the Mac. I tried Sikarugir , got Comfigurator running , but just throws errors when trying to do anything useful. |
