I was puzzled why I got a \"Homesafe\" notification by ETH03 when the Comfort Flood alarm tripped (Alarm type 26). The reason is that in ETH03 Alarm type 26 is \"Homesafe\" even though Alarm type 14 \"Family care\" does the same thing. There is no Flood alarm type on ETH03.
Any way to correct this on ETH03?

ETH03 has a fixed set of alarm type names., It does not know what are the actual alarm types being use So you will have to know what the alarm, type number means This is a limitation of ETH03 that we are not able to correct

Thanks Chiu
Unusually restrictive for the usually impressive flexibility of Comfort - I had thought there must be a config file somewhere :?

This is a limitation of ETH03 email sending, the ETh03 does not have information about Comfort alarm types, it is uses a default alarm types settings

If the alarm types are fixed, is it possible in future to configure fixed text to be included in the email - this could tell the recipient that \"Homesafe\" means Flood alarm. It could also provide a reminder of the names associated with Zone numbers.

That is not easy to do on this platformI suggest using UCM/Pi for email sending, This product also has many other great featuressee the UCM/Pi forum at http://www.comfortforums.com/forum138/5087.html

I\'ll have a look thanks Chiu.
It does other odd things though too which is why I wondered if there was a config file I had missed.
It always reports alarm 15 Perimeter alert as alarm 31 SignInTamper. Both are standard alarm types. Doorbell alert works fine.
