Hi I am having difficulty downloading, download selective, PC to Comfort or upload from Comfort to PC- I can rest, set date and time, event log and System information. It asked for the password and with the latter it works but with Downloading pc to comfort, the password box just reappears, as if I have put the wrong password in.  I have tried loads of different passwords -Does anyone have a clue about this, why I can execute some things but not others?

I can execute responses within Comfort, but not do a full download. Any help appreciated.  Graham

[color=\"red\"][size=\"3\"]In Comfigurator 2.x, you must use the Engineer Code. To enable Engineer Code, you must frist press F0 on the keypad, or go to Program Menu 3,4,1 to Enable Engineer code if you are calling in by phone

I will try this on Monday. Is this a new feature of the lastet Comfigurator V2.2.1?  All was fine until i installed this.

What is the default engineering code?  Thanks for your help - I thought there must be a logical answer.  graham

Graham

The default engineer code is 6789. You might want to refer to another thread for more information on the Engineer Code: http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/698.html
