- ianh100 - 12-17-2007 Hi, I have a comfort 1 system and use the door station to dial out to my mobile when in away mode. This is a great feature but as I currently have it configured my visitor has often walked away before I get to talk to them. Currently the system calls my phone and I get the following announcements \"Door Bell 1\", \"My message saying alarm activated at my address\", \"door Bell 1\", \"press 0 to talk to door station\" Can I somehow drop some of this so that it just says doorbell and lets me press zero? I am assuming I have this configured incorrectly. Many Thanks Ian - slychiu - 12-17-2007 You can press 0 for doorbell at any time without waiting for the message to complete. any key will interrupt the message so you may have to press 0 one more time You could also program a reminder message to play when the doorbel is pressed, to ask them to wait. This is done by \"Play reminder message on Door Statiion\" action |
