Comfort Ultra has 256 Internal Counters numbered from 0 to 255 which can be used as general purpose Registers or to hold the states of external devices like Dupline and C-Bus. Each Counter can hold a 1 byte value ie 0 to 255. Dupline output states are saved in the counter as values 0 for OFF, 255 for ON.
When a Dupline Output command is received by UCM/Dupline, the state (ON or OFF) is kept in the mapped Counter register.
The Mapping between Dupline Output addresses and Counters is shown below

If the Output is Off, the value 0 is saved in the corresponding counter. If the Output is
On, the value 255 is saved in the corresponding counter.
This allows Comfort to Monitor the status of the Dupline Outputs and to trigger
Responses based on each Counter.

This is BH8-CTRLX but other models may also be available in different regions. This has one Rs232 interface for connection to external devices. Other models may have Rs485 and Rs232 ports

The UCM/Dupline + RS232 interface is shown. You can also plug in the AUX485 submodule in place of the Rs232 interface to connect to Rs485 interface on the Dupline.

Unfortunately the BH8-CTRLX controller has the Rs232 connections on terminal blocks instead of a standard DB9 male or female connector which means you will have to make up a cable to connect from the UCMs DB9 to the terminal blocks. Rs232 interfaces should really be on DB9 connectors

The connections for the Rs232 are
              UCM/Dupline                    BH8-CTRLX
TxD               3                                   12
RxD               2                                   13
GND              5                                   14

The Dupline Controller Rs232 interface should be set to 9600 baud and the Modbus ID should be set to 1 in order to communicate to UCM/Dupline

The UCM/Dupline requires either RS232F (RS232 Interface with Female DB9 connector) or or AUX485 RS485 interface, must be ordered separately

This allows Comfort to control and monitor any of the 129 Dupline addresses (A1 to A8, B1 to B8, ..., P1 to P8) by connecting to the CTRLX Smart-house controller (may also be known as Dupline Master Generator).

This provides the following benefits to a Dupline system:

telecontrol through any telephone inside or outside the premises to control and monitor the status of Dupline devices
Able to send a commands to Set Output On/OFF, Set Input On/Off or activate Momentary Input for all Dupline addresses.
allows alarm inputs and alarm conditions to be linked to Dupline for full integration of alarm and lighting.
allows Dupline switches to trigger Comfort Responses, allowing control of non-Dupline appliances like air-conditioners, home entertainment systems, and linking to all of Comfort\'s security and control functions.
Acts as a gateway to other systems e.g. KNX, C-Bus, Z-Wave, Velbus etc.
functions as a central controller for Dupline. Comfort is able to take action based on conditional logic, for example, when the time is between 7 PM and 7 AM and the security system is armed, and when the front door is opened, turn on the Living Room lights for 3 minutes.

Comfigurator 3.5.x is required for programming the new UCM/Dupline

The User as you will see in the VIDEO simply steps above in the corresponding key of virtual keyboard comfort and executes the corresponding command through the UCM In the same environment the user he can he combines cameras but also virtual switch of scenes. From the virtual keyboard comfort in in software they can from anyone touch PC or touch screen or simple PC be executed all the energies that we would make from the keyboard in the wall. Through ihej\'a the space the user hears the comfort to him he confirms implementation of command, after first from the environment of AUDIO VIDEO he has selected this attribute but also in how many and in who ihej\'a it will hear the confirmation. In the same environment it can see at the same time also the UCMwebserver environment opening simply a window in this.

My any idea would be pleasant.

Here in Greece many henceforth installations have become with the dupline (dupline.com) and with InOne by Legrand, but no one from the alarms that exist here do not support this protocols. This means that I can be addressed in houses of small size but also big that have installed the systems and apply with success comfort.
The Legrand has Projects and also 70m2. In the past I made a effort work the dupline with Stargate (www.jdstechnologies.com) and him I accomplished because me they gave his protocol of communication. With Legrand him I did not accomplish, despite only with the IR oy it allocates.
