Hi,I have recently upgraded my cbus ucm to V2.I have a garage door with a magnetic sensor wired into an input. it registers open or closed depending on the state. I also have an output wired into the garage door button, so comfort can issue a momentary press and open or close the door. What I would like to do is to have a cbus button that i can use to open/close the garage door and its current status is always reflected in the cbus switch (on or off).I have lighting group 21 assigned to the garage door in cbus, and I think I need to configure this as an output toggle in configurator, then configure the physical input to map back to group 21. I don\'t think I need a response in this case as the UCM handles the momentary press? What do I configure the cbus switch as? If I assign an on/off or bell press to it, the act of pressing the button changes the cbus group and interferes with the back status. Help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi
Is there an easy way to force Comfort to send the output states to Cbus.

Reason: I have a PC running \"C-gate\" and \"Homegate\", This PC is turned off at night now to save power when it wakes up it syncs with the Cbus network but misses the Comfort derived changes as they don\'t exist .

If there were/is a command on Comfort to resend the current state of the Outputs to the UCM/Cbus2 life would be good.

Thanks in advance
I can probably get CBUS to mirror the irrigation GAs into the lighting application, and monitor them form Comfort - this seems a bit clunky.

This is an example of using Cbus to control Aircons by IR signals via Comfort UCM/CBus

The attached cclx file has this example

Output 5 is connected to IR Transmitter to Aircon
Input 5 is connected to CSM03 current sensor for aircon live wire. This gives the On/off status of the aircon to the Input 5

Cbus Lighting Group Address 5 is mapped to Counter 5 in Cbus to Comfort. When a Counter is mapped to Cbus, it will trigger a Counter Response

Counter 5 Response sends IR code On or Off based on Cbus Group 5 On or Off command.
Input 5 is mapped to Cbus Group address 5 for feedback, map in Physical Inputs to Cbus, so that the aircon status will update the Cbus group address, ie the cbus switch status always shows the actual status of the aircon

This is a proven method, used in thousands of homes with Cbus and Comfort

I am using CBUS2 (version 7.054) and it is truly remarkable.

Would it be possible to change the UI to allow installers to specify which CBUS group address they would like to add to the Lighting Section? If I click on Add Group Address, the UI determines first GA that is not in the table and adds that (for example I do not use GA 0, so it will add that first). I set-up my groups with future expansion in mind, so there are GA that I do not use for now, and every time I want to add a new GA, the UI tries to fill gaps first, which means I have to delete those that I do not once it reaches the GA I want, or I would need to change the project file manually (which is what I have been doing).

I have a question about the Physical Inputs. Currently you cannot add or delete them, which means unused inputs will show up as having references with a blue foreground. Would it be possible to either remove the references or maybe allow installers to specify the inputs they would like to use?

One last question. There are conditions in which Comfort will send all the input statuses to CBUS. Would it be possible to either allow installers to specify which inputs, or have a logical condition check which only sends the inputs that are actually used/referenced?
