any ideas as to problem
this is a system installed by others some time ago and as far as i am aware the door intercom has never rung phones
the intruder alarm functions ok

MY PL11P doorstation module has 10 termination points in 2 banks of 5, which are labelled: \"1, 2, 3, 4, L+\" on one bank, and: \"A, -, C, P1, P2\" on the other bank. Also I notice that P2 is the label engraved into the plastic casing, but on the removable terminal block that point is labelled as \".\" (i.e. just a dot). The DM02 manual doesn\'t specify \"P1\" or \"P2\" (aka dot) at all, it only specifies \"P\" - so which do I use? - I am assuming \"P1\" since that is adjacent to the \"C\" terminal, and I see those two are the BELL/GND lines for the pushbutton.. is that correct?

No mention is made of the \"L+\" connector in the DM02 manual. on the datasheet that came with the PL11P, this is listed as \"AC or DC power supply input for service LED (12Vdc-ac)\" - any information on what this is? - do I need it?

Finally the module also has a short captive flylead emerging from one end with one red & one black wire terminating in a wee plug... I\'m assuming this is only for joining to other farfisa button modules? and I guess I don\'t need it at all and can leave it disconnected inside the backbox?

I *think* I understand it pretty much, but I like things to be precise & accurate!! so looking for a sanity check of my assumptions & a little reassurance...

Usually when the button is pressed on the doorstation the housephone rings.   However at times the phone doesn\'t ring, yet I can still hear the RGR relay clicking.

If I reset Comfort then it will ring the phones again.  Only one phone is connected and works fine itself.

However, a further analogue phone has recently been connected to the system, an old-fashioned rotary dial phone, bakelite with a proper bell as a \'feature\' in the living room. It has been reconditioned to work on a \'modern\' phone system. For incoming phone calls, it all works fine, DECT phones and this traditional bell phone all ringing normally. 
However, the Comfort door bell no longer rings the phones at all when this old-fashioned phone is connected. Disconnect it and it works fine. Presumably, adding this phone has increased the total REN on the system, or has affected the ability of the RGR05 to generate a ring. The relay clicks inside Comfort as normal - but no ring. Disconnect the offending phone and it works. 
Is there a way of tuning the parameters so that RGR05 delivers the same ring power / profile as the phone line pass through (which works)? Or at least still drive the Panasonic DECT phones? (I have read through the tuning guide but couldn\'t work out which parameter adjusts the ring - most seem to be related to the intercom itself)

The problem I have is that after talking to the caller at the doorphone via my mobile, I cannot go back to the Comfort menu to activate the open gate response, and I am stuck talking to the caller. I have tried pressing all the DTMF options 1-9, star and hash and nothing happens. After about a minute, Comfort sometimes returns me to the menu and I can then activate the gate response, but this is too long to wait.

I have the open gate and open door responses configured in the miscellaneous responses section, I have downloaded the latest tuning parameters from Comfigurator 3.6.6 and running firmware 7.024.

I have looked in the help section in Comfigurator but it does not say much.

I want to adjust the volume of the beep on the doorstation, adjust the volume of messages on doorstation. I also need to adjust the volume to the internal phones and also for voice to the doorstation. Are you able to advise which ones I need to adjust.
