It turns out that the smoke sensor was not latching the relay due to comfort voltage being too low...... WHY.
The new switch mode power supply although delivering 14V ac to the CPU was only giving 10.8v to comfort power (nothing connected) and even less once other components were added.
PLEASE TELL ME THAT YOU HAVE TESTED THESE UNITS AND HAVE SOME ON SOAK TEST ETC ETC ETC...
I will now have to go back to site again with an old transformer.

Upon closer inspection the SEM pcb has \"DC15V\" imprinted on the pcb. DC being polarity sensitive it also has \"+ve and -ve\". 
It appears that the output of the transformer was wired the wrong way around on the transformer lead.

Some customers have complained that the full Comfort User manual is too much of a handful to digest and is full of information which most users do not need.

Hence in future the Quick Start Guide will come with every Comfort System, while the Comfort Reference Manual will be available for download from our website

Can the AM, and AR, commands be updated in the RS232 documentation. I see 16 is marked as \'Not Used\' but we know that the UCM/GSM is using this to report problems on. I suppose the template for Comfigurator would also need an update then.

Also, is there a way to send a Panic or Fire command using the KD commands? On a normal keypad you have to press two buttons to activate it, on a software keypad that is not possible.
