I have been playing around with Openremote platform.
You can check it at www.openremote.org.
It seemd to me that it can be great for all of us Comfort integrators/installers/users.
I lack the skills in programming to make a plugin on my own but I already allerted Chiu for this platform and we may count on him to help qith this (as ever).
After we do this hard part, it will be as simple as importing data from *.cclx file, and freely design the UI, as on KT03 but, with great graphics and sliding gestures and animations for page navigation.
About the computer to be used as server, a RaspberryPi can be used, wich is AWESOME in both price and size of the server/controller!

If anyone can help with this implementation it would be very apreciated.

I\'ve fixed a few bugs in the previous release version of the Comfort II Simulator. This one has a few added features and bug fixes.

I\'ve also included an updated \'Sample 1.xml\' floorplan that you can load on ComfortClient. This one has descriptions to all the objects so you can easily see which Inputs/Outputs will activate certain objects.

Just copy the \'Sample 1.xml\' floorplan over the existing one, start the Simulator in any directory and point ComfortClient to the IP where the Simulator is running.

I\'ve uploaded the Simulator to Google Drive, the link below is where you can find the Beta version.

PS. Attached is a modified sample floorplan for ComfortClient. This one uses Cbus actions to Switch the lights On|Off. To use it with the Simulator just load this new floorplan in ComfortClient and enable the UCM/Cbus in the Simulator. Just remember to rename the file extension to XML.

You now have the ability to load a Clipsal Project file and the configured Scenes will be available to the Simulator via the Trigger-Control application. If your Scenes are configured with a trigger then the Simulator will be able to execute it.

To overcome this I wrote a Comfort II Simulator that can be configured with many different options and UCM\'s. The Simulator will simulate most configurations and can be used by anyone wanting to test their software against a Comfort II Ultra system without having to spend money and buy all the hardware that is required.

The Simulator runs on any Windows PC. I\'ve developed and tested using Windows 7 so if you run another version of Windows you might find some hidden bugs I haven\'t noticed yet. You can connect to the Simulator only by network, not serial or any other means. You can use Comfigurator, Wizcomfort or ComfortClient to connect. All you have to do is run the Simulator from any directory using EG. ComfortClient, connect to port 1001 and you are ready to go. I\'ve included a Help file as well to explain all the features in more detail.

Please note that the Simulator was written to assist in ComfortClient development and that the focus is on the \'Control\' side of things and not on the \'Alarm\' operation. Some Alarm functions might not work exactly as the real Comfort system. Should you find any bugs then please let me know and I will add it to my list of fixes.

Since then my HomeSeer plug-in has started showing errors, after a little debugging this morning I have found that the these commands have the value \"F0\" for the keypad user number instead of \"5A\" as before and as stated in the current serial protocol document. This happens with my older KP04 as well.

Can anyone tell me if this is intentional and I should modify my code or is it an error that will be corrected in a future firmware?

The server installs as a windows service and uses a configuration file. Goto the install directory and look for comfortserver.exe.config and find the following section:
