BUG from 17/4/24 7.230 alarm type dial index always announce 0,0,0,0 on keypad

From firmware 7.198 - If UCM/knx, UCM/CBus, UCM/Modbus has address mapped to Flag, Comfort broadcasts the flag to all UCMs but the source ID of the UCM changing the flag is not sent correctly by Comfort. This may cause the UCM to send an extra unneccesary message back to the external Interface for KNX, CBus, Modbus etc. This does not cause the UCM not to work , it just causes an extra message to be sent back to the Interface
Battery check F3,1 when battery disconnected is delayed by 10 seconds and some times does not work from 7.22
Battery disconnected does not work when there is no battery
u?82 and higher causes system reset for ULTRA
For ARM only, virtual inputs do not work correctly. When they are activated, they will reset to the state of the physical input
\"enter new code and # key\" is anounced for change/add user code on keypad after entering new code 2 times, but new code is actually accepted. bug for Toshiba only not ARM

Hello.

I had a problem going from firmware 7.201 to 7.213. With the garage door remote control, when pressed and the alarm is connected, it bypasses the garage access areas. Since the firmware was changed, my garage door works poorly. My garage door moves with KNX. When I press the button on the garage remote, the door tries to open and instantly stops. I have reviewed the KNX telegrams and I see that when I press the button, the telegram is sent to Cytech and it returns the same telegram to the KNX, resulting in the door stopping instantly. I have tried uploading to the latest version of the KNX module and it still gives the same result. The only solution was to return to firmware 7.201 or remove the response bypasses.

Known Bugs

Responses to send commands to Cbus and KNX using send text (action 197) will not be terminated, but continue to the next numeric Response, causing unexpected effects. This will be fixed in the next version
Initially the Event Log is not initialised so new events cannot be recorded. As a workaround, erase the event log, in Comfigurator Transfer > Event Log, Clear Event Log, OR on Keypad, enter engineer Menu press 5 for event log, 0 to erase event log

Slave fixed BUG from 16/7/16 did not load zone numbers for each zone at reset. This caused the bug that slave initial zones is always off until the zone state is changed to active

Fix bug at reset Clear Flags should clear 32 bytes not 254 bytes

I see on cytech.biz download pages there is a Comfort Ultra 7.210 firmware file from the end of August 2023. A search on the forums doesn\'t find any release notes for that version - are there any available?

New Features and changes

Firmware 7.183 have many bugs

Hello. I install the 7.183 firmware in my Comfort II Ultra. I have KP04 keyboards. The LEDs do not light up on the keyboards. When I put the day mode, through the application I see that it is in day mode but on the keyboards it continues as if it were in OFF mode. LEDs do not light up. Keyboards do not indicate. I have had to go back to the 7.153 firm although the zones in alert mode do not work well with it.
I hope they review it.

Known Issues

Partition keypad Security Check function (F,3,2) caused Zones for the wrong partition to be announced. Zone Detection for all partitions is t is OK. From 7.163
From 7.159 increment counter, decrement counter actions did not return counter value as last action value so If action which follows uses the wrong value
For Partitioned systme, when user logs in for partition >0, every minute the partition may be changed to to 0 so the user may arm or disarm to partition 0
For wifi01 plugin if ucm does not log out, idle timer from EEPROM expires does not reset Wifi module. so if wifi lost connection, the module is not reset
Old bug - if there is zone trouble in a partitioned system at reset, the partition keypad will show \"Communications Failure\" without ID (instead of zone trouble)- This is removed after sign in on keypad. When the user signs in on the Keypad, it shows \"Zone 1 Trouble\" instead of the correct zone number.
Old Bug - if zone trouble is force armed when armed, after disarmed, the zone trouble is not shown until armed again or security check
when sign in when zone trouble announce zone and user name was wrong

If wifi01 detected leave baudrate at 38400, and leave parity as none
FS34 FS31.FS36. FS37 FS39 add eeprom location 255 idle time out in minutes for wifi (default 5 minutes)
Add rs485 message 0b2h for wifi timeout value reply to ucm query
Every hour for wifi do auto update time from NTP for wifi submodule
If wifi eeprom time out in location 0x00ff= 255, dont start_wifitimeout. Only 0 did not start timer before
For wifi run timer to reset wifi based on location 255 in minutes (default 5 minutes) when receiving is idle, or when log in and log out, and continue to run the timer after that so wifi is reset at regular intervaes when not logged in

Timers

Implement Timer value message Trttvv sent to the UCM which logged in only, instead of broadcast to prevent too much delays, Timer value will update every second to the UCM logged in, but when the UCM logs out, The timer RS485 message will not be sent to the UCM. Keypad User Responses

Misc Events >User Responses is enabled for sign-in on keypad. Previously this was for fingerprint reader, now obsolete. Skip announce action 23 in the keypad User response will exit and not go into the keypad menu . If skip announce action 23 is not in the user response, sign in will go to the user menu as normal. if keypad user response is not zero, the keypad sign in is recorded in the event log

Supports DTMF key detected by GSM module not depending on DSP for GSM4 (3G) and LTE.

Misc

RS485 Receive time out adjusted to increase time out
For test mode, only allow 1 UCM and 1 KP ID. Production test problem when cm9001 detects no of keypads and ucms >1 get comms fail.
Test mode Flag warm start will not clear test mode, so that test mode does not scan IDs modules again

Support Fractional Values for KP04A display
For EMS sensor event log, if module which reported sensor has Communications Failure, set sensor value to 255 so KP04A display does not remain unchannged as last value reported, and causes alarm
Implemented Sensor calibration with Fractional value 1/16 for EMS
Sensors adjustment for scale fix bug for division
For EMS sensor event log, fixed BUG that sensors 9 onwards are not recorded correctly. Changed so that any sensor with counter assigned is recorded in event log every hour

Latched output for Slave, do not check if Output is the same as current state because if Slave Output changes rapidly, then the slave may report its state to CM after a delay so Comfort may not have the correct state, eg IP17 > OP 17, and IP 17 On/Off very fast before OP slave has a chance to report to CM, then OP17 will be on and not turn off after IP17 On and Off. Fixed problem that slave OP ON and Off can be missed out

For Partitioned systems, a Partition is allowed to arm if other partitions are in alarm. In previous firmware, if any partition in alarm then the partition could not be armed.

Each partition will resend sms for open zones when in alarm state according to the interval in minutes in Alarms > Misc Settings> SMS Repeat Time (Needs new Comfigurator 3.12.6). The SMS will be repeated after every interval for the zones that are still open until the alarm times out. If the SMS Repeat time is 0, then the sms is not repeated

New Features and Improvements

Infrared Transmission improved performance for narrow IR signals mark/space. This requires UCM IR learner with improved IR receiver
When there is a Sensor value change from external UCM ids, the sensor Report from Comfort will be ignored by the UCM which originated it, so as to avoid dpuble updating which may cause a race condition
For Time Programs if a day is Holiday, then Days of week Monday to Sunday will be disabled. Hence a day in Time program is Monday to Sunday only if the day is NOT also a Holiday. The old way of operation was if the day is Holday, the Time program is also activated based on Monday to Sunday
Comfort automatically detects LEM03 connected, and overrides Comfigurator > Configuration> Modules and Settings checkbox for \"LEM03 Connected\"

Changes
When virtual Zone is activated but the state is not changed from previous, the zone will not trigger alarm again, so TSM01 temperature alarm will not trigger multiple alarms when the temperature changes.
