As for us it\'s an integral part of the whole comfort system it seems to be somewhat neglected especially as it doesn\'t even support the larger screen of the iPhone 5 / 5S / 5C which have been out for not far off 2 years!

Please, at least let us know if there\'s at least a roadmap or timescale for what is a fantastic part of the Comfort system that is sorely lacking.

Any knowledge on this would be great

This was working (it previously would ask for the code and then arm immediately).

I just got my Comfort OPT-9000 and installed app on my Android phone and Iphone. I have tested all functions but the Emergency keys (Panic / Fire) are not working.

I have tried to press and hold both keys but the system is not responding to this command. Do I need any settings on the system?

I can still log into Comfort via the ipad app, although zones etc are not visible

I have tried deleting the iphone app and reloading the attachment / email without success.

Any suggestions?

The iPad user interface is different from iPhone



Instead of a keypad sitting on the screen, you touch the security icons  to arm to different modes or disarm the system. A popup window appears to enter your code


in the  iphone, you select tabs at the bottom row to go to different pages, in iPad you swipe to left and  right to go to previous or next page

iPad also has an option to \"remember code\" once you enter a correct code, only when connected locally, not remotely so you do not need to login wth the code next time. However arming and disarming still needs code

Is there a newer version of the app that could be uploaded to the App store?

I recognise that iOS 7 isn\'t released yet - but as a developer I use it to improve what we do and part of the purpose of Apple making releases early is to make sure that companies can make sure their apps work at launch]]>

I uploaded my cclx file from my Windows Server and open the Ipad mail box (not via the browser. When tapping on the converted file, the only option which open up is the Mail. The Ipad option does not appear.
Any idea?

I\'m comfortable I have inputted the right IP address and port into the App, and set it up correctly in DS manager, as it says \"connected\" on the Iphone app. When I change the port or IP address to a random number, it says data error.

So, could it not work because:
- The ETH02 firmware is not good enough (I\'ve only just got it so surely it has up to date firmware)?
- Could the UCM06 baseboard need it\'s firmware upgrading? If so, can I use the UCM/CBus to do this?
- I\'ve plugged the ETH02 on to the 232 daughterboard, which is connected to the UCM06 - could that be the issue? Should I remove the 232 daughterboard? I did not change anything in modules and settings - should I have done so?
- Comfort is firmware version 6.022
- The Ethernet port on ETH02 is connected to a hub, which is connected to the wireless router/modem, which is connected to the internet
- I have no problem connecting to comfigurator via the wireless router and CWM, but cannot connect comfigurator to comfort via ETH02
