If the ETH03 firmware is corrupted perhaps due to a failure to upgrade firmware, follow the procedure below to reset the ETH03 to initial settings including DHCP

1. Press and hold SW2 switch.
2. Press SW1 RESET once.
3. The Green D2 LED on the ETH03 will turn off for about 5 seconds and then turn back on.
4. Maintain the press-and-hold of the SW2 switch until another cycle of turning off and turning on of the D2 LED on the ETH03 module. This will take around 10 more seconds.
5. Run the CS Manager software to discover the ETH03 module.
6. Upgrade the ETH03 firmware if necessary
