Hi,
I have an issue with the system in that when a zone is activated and you get a call from the system there is no voice to tell where the activation is (which zone).
Also when you go to the door station is also does not tell you which zone has been activated.

I have the monitor operational and can see traffic in both CBUS and KNX.

I can se a time stamp with a number at end 
I can see a C< or C> to represent a transmit or receive
I can see a (I presume) a hex code in the message box 

Are you able to provide a guide to interpreting the hex code please

I have just powered up a CBUS to KNX translator
I have both CBUS and KNX connected

I am unable to connect using the USB cable.

In settings there is no pull down menu to indicate a USB found and in the serial no line its just 'blued out' I cannot type anything.

If I go transfer system information then I get a small window appear
"error opening USB port:  FT_INVALD_HANDLE

If I remove the cable then it says: FT_DEVICE NOT FOUND

 In Comfigurator File > Convert cclx file for Android/iOS App, it does not send email anymore (as many email servers rejecty the format) Instead the converted jrlccip file is saved to PC. Use a USB cable to direcly download the file into the mobile phone into the downloads folder. Use the IMPORT button to select the jrlccip file

A really simple and I'm sure, a daft question! Ive looked at my Config file and I see a few 'custom events' - one that occurs every evening and one every (early) morning, as well as the occasional random 'custom event'. I must have set them up, some years ago, but Ive forgotten how! And the numbers of these 'custom' events do not tie up with the events shown in the Comfigurator. Where and how do I view what these custom events are and what settings they are making? Thanks for any help! Mike

Comfort Server Manager 2 is a new version which discovers ETH033 network modules in the local network. Unlike the original Comfort Server Manager, it works on ALL network adaptors in the PC, eg wifi and LAN, and it will not attempt to search in Virtual network adaptors. The old software did discovery only on the 1st adaptor in the PC, and in some cases did not find the ETH03.

Note that the Comfort server manager included in Comfigurator is the old one. Please install the new software and run it as a standalone program. A New version of Comfigurator in the future will include Comfort Server manager 2.
