We have found a wrong setting in the DS Manager for UCM/ETH02 using the firmware cytech_application-3_02.bin. (Note that this is not the UCM firmware on the UCM baseboard, but the firmware which runs the ETH02 submodule that plugs into the UCM baseboard)
This bug prevents Comfigurator from doing a Write to Comfort although other operations like Scan Modules and System Information can work
To fix this problem, you need to use DS Manager to change the setting for Inband Commands to Enabled
Download DS Manager from http://www.cytech.biz/ds_manager.html
Open DS Manager and select the UCM/ETH02, double click or press Settings button
Also follow the other settings shown and press OK
A new ETH02 firmware will be released which works regardless of the Inband commands setting
