- garym999 - 09-25-2006 Some ideas for future versions of comfigurator feel free to chip in... I do appreciate that some of the requests, although being borne from the use of Comfigurator, may well have firmware implications for comfort but lets start the list.
- yanza - 09-25-2006 The YANZA \"My Home\" software can be connected to Comfort and monitor bus information in real time for diagnostic purposes. See http://yanza.com for details of all our products. - dcrera - 09-26-2006 For me, I just need full support for 15 Scs/Rio\'s asap. Sorting alphabetically on the response list would also be good. - garym999 - 11-06-2006 Writing to the event log would be handy on several levels, fault finding, logging events etc. Another request for the future I guess. In comfigurator it might appear as Output Action/Write to event log/text value or flags, counters, input state output state etc. - on4cet - 02-21-2007 I wonder if it\'s possible to design a program which fully simulates a comfort panel, so you can test programs before uploading to comfort ... In that case, you know what SHOULD be happening ... Can it be done, and if yes, will it ever be done by someone ? Kind regards, Bart - slychiu - 02-22-2007 Thanks for the suggestion., That would be a difficult task and it is quite unlikely that we could do it as it would involve two parallel tracks for development of firmware/software The best way to simulate would be to use an actual comfort on the bench, with Zone Test switches on the inputs and Test Lamps on the output - Patrick - 02-23-2007 For the Network IP Address setting, I think it is better to allow host name instead of just IP address. - on4cet - 02-24-2007 Someone said to integrate real-time monitoring like wizcomfort ... I was thinking, is there a way to see what comfort has in its queue ? If you run one response after xxxx minutes, you know what you may expect, but if there are many responses like that, it might be nice to see what things are waiting to be runned ... Just my 2 cents ... Bart - ident - 02-27-2007 Thanks for your suggestion This would be more difficult to implement than the degree to which it would be useful to you You can check what timers are running in Comfort using the Do Action command (Get Timer, Timer number). This tells you if the selected timers are running and thus which responses will run at the end - on4cet - 02-28-2007 Ok, if it can\'t be done, it is so ... But I see in the current wizcomfort, that you can view output & input status, so if you would implement a button wich generates a do action get timer for ALL the possible timers, you are half to the solution i guess But is was just something that crossed my mind ...
