If UCM/USB fails to log in, press the RESET button on the UCM and try again. The USB cable should be plugged in to the PC before turning on the UCM, otherwise this issue map happen. Resetting the UCM with the uSB connected will fix it.
The problem occurs because of the detectiopn of Wifi Submodule at reset.
The newer SMT Version of the UCM should not have this problem
