I am answering this post from another forum
When you added the extra KP04s did you set the IDs correctly on each one so they are in sequence?
Also did you set the number of keypads in Comfigurator?
If several keypads have the same ID then each may not respond correctly
The 2nd problem appears to be due to a Response to Record a message at the door station after x seconds
If the system does not dial out in away mode check the Doorbell alarm type has dial out enabled
and the phone index for the mobile phone is checked
3rd problem - you need to look at the actual response. For example does the announcement depend on a flag being set?
