Comms Issues
#3
Hi Ident,

iPhone connects via Internet.

Say\'s connected but when I enter my 4 digiet code it does not change screens

Comfigurator connects via local LAN

Just get \"can\'t connect to UCM\".

---------------

When I press the reset on the ETH UCM it all starts to works fine again with no additional actions needed.

It has taken 3 weeks for comms to fail when I am just using the iPhone, however when connecting via Comfigurator it seems to crash during my time uploading / making changes within 1 - 4 hours max

if it works it goes through great, if it failes then the UCM monitor says LI*** and when I get the error message \"can\'t connect to UCM\" UCM monitor repeats the LI*** message.

------------------

I have looked all over the forums and I really don\'t understand how I can update the ETH UCM. System 6005, ETH 6002. Can you point me to a post that says how its done?

Just wondering if the update might help my connection.

--------------------

Chiu has connected to my system by teamviewer a while ago when I was trying to get the system firmware updated and could see the error message at the same time DS manager could see the system.

Ping test show system is available when it stops working.

--------------------

Hope this all make sense if not please tell me what you need as I really want to get to a stable comms so that I don\'t have to keep opening the system up to press the reset button.

All the best

Lee
