I have tried using an xover cable since last night, unfortunately it failed this morning with the same ââ¬Åno response from UCMââ¬Â message. Same process seemed to work and pressing the reset on the ETH UCM seemed to clear to problem. This has only happened once so will keep trying to see if it was a one off though.
I will add that a couple of days ago when I was using comfigurater and it stopped working that the iPhone app continued to give feedback on the zone states and I could turn lights on and off. This only happened for a few minutes but in my mind proves comms where still alive.
I took a copy of the log file at the point of failure which you can see below.
