1. Output command ON or OFF  is ignored if the output state is unchanged
2. Fixed BUG action 8 reset_outputs failed (from 7.007)

Bugs

1. Reminder Enable function does not work for Reminder Numbers 9 to 16. Reminder Enables for 9 to 16 are the same as Reminder 1 to 8. This affects Scheduled Reminders only.
   
2. A Flashing output on a Slave cannot be turned off by an Output On or off command. Only Reset all outputs command can reset the output. Outputs 1 to 16 on the Main Comfort board are not affected by this bug
3. Pressing buttons on SCS causes the corresponding LED (output) to flash until Comfort sends a command to switch it on or off (using Response). Due to the comparison of output states introduced in 7.027, the LED may remain in the flashing state.
