Comfigurator 2.9.9 - 2.9.11 Beta
#41
Thanks very much as I though i was going mad.  My wife was getting very upset with me and eventually set the volume on all the keypads to zero as it kept waking her up  Big Grin

As asked by others it would be good if we can get an \"Announce Sensor\" in the future so would need these workarounds.

Thanks for your help.  I\'ll try this now.

If you rename a counter then the responses where that counter is used automatically and correctly rename as well.  The counter name is NOT renamed though in the reference used in Feedback Name in the Contorl Menu (might do it elsewhere too).

Is this a bug or  feature?

You have done it again., That is a bug which should be fixed in the next (not 2.9.12 though which is being tested)

We could not duplicate this in 2.1.12 Please test this in 2.1.12 which has just been released https://www.cytech.biz/Default.aspx?cmd=sQ0OYE9X66w%2b0P%2bAcFsmAI3j73Rwtfrj&fileid=203&dcid=4&pageindex=

The new version  2.9.12 has been released. A new topic has been started http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/1332.html and this one is now closed

Nope it still does it in 2.9.12.

Have sent an AVI of the issue in action to support@cytech.biz

We managed to see this happening
If the drop down word list is open and an event occurs (like a zone activation) in the Monitor I/O window (opened when the Check status box is checked) then the Phrase words label goes grey and the list floats

However we find that the word list can still be selected and there is no exception

It may be a specific event which is causing the exception
Can you repeat the situation and if the  exception occurs copy the Monitor I/O window - there is a Copy to Clipboard button
