X10 Stopped working

Hi, Have a system that has been up and running for about two years. a few months ago the outside lights stopped coming on automatically. The whole house is using x10 and not matter what I do I can\'t get comfort to control it. We have tried changing the modules (both dimmers and relays)and have put in a new interface now a XM10U. I have turned everything off except the lights in case of interference. The light always flashes on the x10mu and it was all working so I know the cable is correct. I have tried using wizcomfort and also used the home control menu in case it is something to do with my PC.
Nothing works. Comfort is ultra II 5.145. and still using comfigurator 2.2.3.
Any ideas anyone?

Then after all of the above, as soon as i post on the forum it miracoulesly starts working!! gotta love x10.
