How to stop dial out on an alert

It is really the ability to stop the current dialout that would be useful as it is basically redundant as soon as the primary user signs in. It is annoying to have to deal with it while addressing the alarm issue.

The other option, I thought might work is sms but for that I would need to add the GSM module. That would make the response async and you can address it when you get a chance
