UCM/GSM - Failure to dial-in during Alarm state

Hi, have the following problem:

Not able to dial-in to disarm Comfort II remotely during Alarm
At the same time GSM module sends SMS alarms to the assigned phones (5 numbers)
(No fixed phone line in setup)

After local disarm GSM dial-in is possible again
