Does anybody know what Comfort sends (in ContactID) when it restores a smoke detector?

I think my monitoring company in not understanding the message.

By restoring the smoke detector, I think you mean the restoral of the zone to its normal position.

To send a restore signal to the CMS when a zone is restored, the \"Restore\" zone setting should be checked as in the picture.

Also in Security Types > Alarm Types, for Fire Alarm, the Contact ID  codes are shown in the Report code and Restore code fields. The Restore code is by default FF which means that it does not send a restore signal. Change this to 10 which is the same as Report Code.
