Hi there; what I say is that when I call to comfort GSM number I shoud hear the menu options talking?

Have you restored the voice by Vocabulary Upgrade to Comfort?
If not you will not hear the voice

Have you connected all the cables from UCM/GSM to Comfort, ie the white 4 way cable, and the 5 way cable?

Does the system answer the phone?

What are the leds on or blinking on the UCM/GSM?
