Comfort dead due to interrupted transfer PC -> Comfort

We refer to it as the CPU board and the DSP board. There seems to be a fault with the DSP half which needs to be sent back for repair as there is no much that you can do to fix it.
I dont know if interrrupting the Vocab transfer would have caused this. It may have left the voice in an unknown state. We will have to test it to find out more

Thanks for your help! I will be dropping my faulty DSP board with the local distributor so he can send it to you for repair. I will be purchasing another DSP in the mean time, so I can have a spare in case that happens again!!
Is there a way I can follow the progress of my board\'s repair with you guys?!

You can send an email to support@cytech.biz to check about the progress of the board. Record the serial number of the DSP board. Each section of the PCB has a different serial number eg P1234567

Cool! But the only \"serial number\" I can see is B0901, printed in black next to the battery connection; there is a barcode sticker but no numbers next to it...?!
