Batery warning alarm

Hi,

My sisters comfort system has recently (bout 3 months ago) come up with a battery warning alarm, which has not cleared even though I checked/replaced the battery! Any ideas?

Can you see the serial number on any of the PCBs. We would like to see what series the Comfort is
Do you see some transparent bulbs near to the battery?
These are for the charging of the battery. If so do they look clear or burned?
