i want to know how i connect the UCM to crestron by serial port plz answer me cross or strait and what pin i used and command to send like (03m!0212340d) i try many times plz help me

This gives the equipment list for Comfort and shows screenshots and gives links to the program file for Crestron

The UCM/232M has a male Rs232 connector and a straight Rs232 cable to the Crestron female Rs232 connector
