G1 ringer

I recently went ot a new customer - old installation 3 yrs old + did not make a not of firmware...... so could be the issue here.

The program was a mess so I re-programmed from new FS18. The unit had only ever has the old CSX attached before. Now using Comfig 2.1.0

 

Usual errors etc but appears OK and has not been any great problem apart from .

The ringer module and assoicated response.

When I tick RGR02 the ringer works but the responses (programmed into the PIR\'s) dont appear to stop the ringer.

If I tick RGR01/03 the the ringer does not work

ANy ideas?

Action 26 Stop ringer appeared in Version 4,54 (wich is very old)
I suspect the installation is oldetr than 3 years
The RGR settings only determines if the Ringer works, not whether ASction 26 will work

So if actioin 26 is not working then whats the solution

Apparently the ringer was working and the PIR\'s did stop it ringing with the original software. But i now have Comfig 2.1 and the PIR\'s dont stop the ringer?

What should i do?
