Can anyone describe how to upgrade the firmware for a UCM please? I would like to upgrade to V6.002. In order to upgrade my ethernet UCM what other device is required please?

You need another UCM to upgrade your UCM at the moment using the same procedure as you would use a UCM to upgrade Comfort firmware
After you have upgraded to UCM 6.002 you will be able to upgrade the UCM firmware without another UCM. Perhaps you can find a friend who has a UCM so you can upgrade each others UCM or ask the distributor who sold you the UCM to help

Hi,
which UCM\'s can be used to update the firmware on am Ethernet UCM? I have available an old voice UCM which I use to program\'s clients\' comfort units and also a CBUS UCM.
Will any of these do please?

What do you mean by a Voice UCM? What is the firmware?
Only UCMs of firmware 5.178 and above can be used to upgrade firmware
Cbus UCMs are not able to, these are not connected to the PC, only to Cbus
