This error message could mean that there is a duplicate UCM ID in the Comfort Bus
Check the UCM ID shunts (SW7 - Primary RS485) and refer to the UCM/Zwave Manual in https://www.cytech.biz/ucmzwave_manual.h...ory_id=107
