Input statuses unknown

How can I check why the denoted input statuses (see attached) are \'Unknown\'?

Are you sure the Slave which supplies zones 17 to 32 is connected and is communicating?
The zone statuses are informed to Comfigurator using the message IPXXNN where XX is zone number in hex and NN is the status 01 for on, 00 for off
For example zone 17 status would show as IP1101 for ON, IP1100 for OFF

Inputs used to work - but not now it seems.
Can I read inputs directly using Comfigurator?

Do Security Check F3,2 on the keypad. All the open zones are announced
Open the zones 17 to 32 and hear if they are announced or the name shown on the LCD keypads

As suspected the 8 inputs in question are no longer reporting any status.
When I start Comfigurator I get the message \'The number of modules defined in Modules & Settings does not match the Modules listed under the Modules tab. Please do a Scan for All Modules to determine the numbers of each module type connected to Comfort\'.
I vaguely remember that this message comes up because I have a Comfort 1 Ultra system and can be ignored. Is that so? Is the way the configuration is defined with Comfigurator critical?
The inputs are coming into a LEM03 input module. For some reason 8 of the inputs are registering OK on that module while the other 8 are not.

Scanning of modules only works properly in Comfort 2 and recent UCM so ignore that

The problem could be with Comfort PCB or LEM03

As your Comfort is at least 7 years old perhaps it is time to take advantage of an upgrade  offer?

I have downloaded the whole Comfort configuration again. Now the security check is working properly when I open front door, laundry door etc. However the statuses for these inputs do not update in real time in Comfigurator - status remains \'Unknown\'. This is very odd. BTW what kind of upgrade offer would you suggest.

Not updating in Comfigurator may be due to incompatibility of old Comfort 1
If Comfort detects correctly then there should be no problem
