Error when Reading from Comfort to Comfigurator

I\'m running version 3.4.4.0 of Comfigurator.

I did a \"Transfer / Read (Comfort -> PC)\" and selected the \"Auto-generate names & response descriptions\".

I get an additional error (file 1) then the read works OK.

Next when I try a \"Save As\" I get this error (file 2). Although \"Save\" works fine.

The first message module does not support scan function means that one of the modules firmware is an older one which does not support the scan function. It should not affect the read function. You can upgrade the firmware using UCM and Comfigurator unless the module is KP03/KP04/KP05,  DP03 or RIO
Check the Modules Tab and see which module does not have any firmware information

For the 2nd error qre you using the latest Comfigurator 3.4.4? Perhaps there is a access issue by windows due to user authorisation to the folder?
