i need to replace the speaker for couple of DP03 which i don\'t hear a voice at all, i know that the speakers is 32-Ohm, 1 Watt, but my Q is there is any chance to replace it with 8-Ohm speaker with series resistance 24 Ohm?
Dose it effect the sound output or internal circuit, cause we have shortage on that type of speakers at local market and i have to wait for online order to come over.
thanks and Appreciate sharing others experience with such problem.
cheers

using 8 ohms speaker with 16 ohms resistor will result in a very low volume.

The Trimmer for DP03 has been fixed or locked for quite some time
The trimmer should not be adjusted as it causes the audio intercom to get worse. The tuning parameters should be adjusted if there is any problem
If the volume is soft ion the intercom, adjusting the trimmer louder does not have any effect.
Someone may have tried to adjust the trimmer which was locked and broken it
It needs to be replaced

Do you have a circuit diagram show the terminal connection of VR1 and which terminal we apply 3k ohm at ?

The trimmer is a voltage divider, you should replace it with the same value trimmer.
