Upgrade Comfort I (8001/E) to Comfort II Ultra

Have the following system components, and located in UK:

1 x panel (8001/E); 1 x DP01; 1x KP02; 1x KP03-WI; 1 x RGR03.

I am interested in upgrading to II Ultra using as much of the old system as possible. Can someone let me know what components will be incompatible with the new system; and suggestions as to upgrade with as little component purchase as possible?
