I\'m using a counter to measure in 6 min chunks. I was hoping to use the value transform to /10 and display as hours. Selecting the transform doesn\'t seem to do anything. What am I missing?

Hi Bernard,
You didn\'t say which version you are using so I\'ll assume the latest. You are correct though that the Value Transform doesn\'t work for type COUNTER. Apologies that is a bug. Also it is enabled for SENSORS on gauge objects which is also wrong. To be honest this feature was mainly added for plugins rather than Comfort objects which max out at 255. I didn\'t really envisage that you\'d want to divide 255 by something but hey I was wrong. OK so I\'ve fixed in the next release 3.1.5.x. Currently 3.1.5.1 has this fixed. If you want to test out this build then send me a PM and I\'ll send you the link to the beta (which is stable). Other fixes in 3.1.5.1 are BTW: Quote:Bug Fixes/Changes |
