Doorstation DP02/MC

Hi Guys,

My doorstation DP2/MC has suddenly decided to stop announcing \"Away Mode\" when the alarm has set, it also has stopped playing the doorbell chime when pressed.

Ive ensured that the \"Disable Arming Voice on Door Station\" is set to off. and ive also disconnected and reconnected the station incase it was a loose wire of some sorts.

The button press still sets the internal chimes off and the \"away mode is still playing on the keypads

HAs this occured to anyone in the past?

Can you talk to the door station from the telephone or keypad when the doorbell button is pressed?
If no sound can be heard at the doorbell it could be a faulty speaker.
How old is the system?
