KT03 volumn hardly heard

Hi

I tried two types of volume settings to change KT03\'s volume for like zone announcement.
* The Volume slider on the KT03 settings page
* Configuration > Voice Settings > Keypad Voice level

I can heard the announcement when my ear close enough to touch the speaker, but the volume setting to min and max doesn\'t seems to have changing the volume at all!

Please advice...

Do you have another keypad and does the volume sound OK on this?
If so it may be a faulty speaker or the connection may be loose
Can you open the cover of the KT03 and check the speaker connector is tightly connected?

yes, KP04 column is absolutely ok.

Tried unplug speaker and plug it back but no use, but i will try again and double check from here again...
