Dial out while in engineer mode ( 8 6 1)

I had a situation yesterday where i put a Comfort system into engineer mode - upon disconnecting the doorphone the customer complained that Comfort was dialing her this was repeatable - G1 outside 4. something (ill check) - is this a known fault or do you need the ccl files?

Not a known fault, but possible, as Engineer Test mode was introduced originally to prevent alarms from zones and tampers. We will do our usual invetigation
