Cant load the converted config file for home automation.

Had this working fine on iPhone. I now have S4 installed App just fine. Got the email file but it just wont load. Some email apps dont recognise it to associate to Comfort but one did yet it still wont work. Any suggestions/help please...

Which email client did you use?
Were you able to tap on the attachment and see \"Open in Comfort\" and were you able to select the comfort configuration eg Home or Office?

Once you can do that you should be able to see the zones and home control menu

If not send your cclx file to suport@cytech.biz for checking

We have checked on various phones with Android 4.1.2 Jellybean and cannot find any problem with seeing the zones and home control menu, although we have not managed to get hold of a Galaxy S4

tested with Yahoo mail and Gmail

Can you try another email client that you have not used so far?

And please do the conversion to email again at https://www.cytech.biz/crl_comfort_app_convertor.php

Does any one else have a Galaxy S4 who can report if it works or not?

We still cannot find any problem with the android app on a number of platforms from Android 4.1.2 and 4.2.2
We do not have access to a Galaxy S4 though


Tapping on the  email attachment result in a message \"Open in Comfort\"
Select the configuration, run the app and all is fine

After re-reading your post, it is not clear to me where exactly the problem was seen
Is the problem that

1. you cannot see Open in Comfort
   
2. or do not see the configuration eg Home,
   
3. or you cannot log in to the system?
4. or you can log in but do not see the zones and Control menu?

I open the downloaded file in \"downloads\" It offers me to select configuration to use, I use home. it then reports no configuaration selected and brings up a screen offering the configuration list to list and select or click on to edit and delete.
Again i click on Home (the only option) and click Done but no success.

1. I dont get open in Comfort but it does automatically open in comfort maybe it knows from Cache.
2. Yes I get Config screen
3. Yes I can Log in
4. I can login but see nothing in home control.
