Door station not ringing phone

I\'ve finally installed a door bell and although it works well with the keypad it does not ring the internal phones. I\'ve looked for the instructions on how to set this up but can\'t seem to find it. please help.

Is the RGR05 ringer installed?
You need a ringer to make the phones ring

Assuming you have an RGR05:

I had to reload an existing Comfort system with a blank config then load the user file.

This was in a slightly different sequence from what is written in the RGR05 manual i.e. (from memory) before hearing the relay clicks rather than after.
